The inscription of the gastronomic meal of the French in the Intangible Cultural Heritage of UNESCO that was announced today is a victory for every person who love the art of « good eating », « good drinking » and « good living », in the Spirit of the Chaine des Rotisseurs.

It is a real joy for us who, always and yet, fight for the act of sitting around a table and share a meal to be more than the simple act of being nourished, it is an act of conviviality, friendship, sharing and celebrations, that we accomplish 2 or 3 times a day.

Congratulations to all that, like us Chaine members, see in this practice some great virtues of mankind.

L’inscription du repas gastronomique des Français au patrimoine immatériel de l’UNESCO qui a été annonce aujourd’hui est une victoire pour touts les personnes qui aiment l’art du « bien manger », du « bien boire », enfin du « bien vivre », dans le vrais esprit de la Chaîne des Rôtisseurs.

C’est une vraie joie pour nous que lutons toujours et encore pour que le geste de s’assoir au tour d’une table et partager un repas c’est plus qu’un geste de simplement se nourrir, c’est un acte de convivialité, d’amitié, de partage et de célébration, qu’on pratique 2 ou 3 fois par jour.

Félicitations gastronomiques à touts que, comme nous membres de la Chaîne, voient dans ce savoir faire des grands virtus de l’humanité.
